What do you do when you need to focus or concentrate on something?
It can be tough when you have lots on and you are feeling a bit tired, especially if you have had a bad night sleep.
I used to be a big coffee drinker, but I these days I have really reduced my coffee intake and have been trying out alternative options to help me concentrate.
Lately, I have been diffusing rosemary, lemon and peppermint essential oils.
This diffuser blend is great and definitely helping me to concentrate on the many tasks I have on with being a mum and running my business, especially when I am feeling a little tired.
