You Are What You Eat

Happy Thursday everyone :)

Here is today's quote. It is an old saying, but is more relevant today as the incidence of diseases like heart disease and diabetes are increasing.

So making sure you eat a variety of whole foods like fruit and vegetables, healthy fats, whole grains and lean meat and less processed foods is so important. Also, making sure you drink at least 2 litres of water a day, will keep your body hydrated and help clear out the toxins in your body.

But more on that later :)
