Autumn in the Air Diffuser Blend

Autumn is well and truly here in Brisbane!

From last week to this week the weather change has been incredible. Up until last week we were getting hot and humid days still. But this week, the weather has been a lot cooler and has been so much easier to sleep at night.

I was looking at some autumn/fall diffuser blends on Pinterest and found a few blends that use Bergamot, Ginger, Frankincense and Birch (use Wintergreen if you don't have Birch). The smell is amazing and so appropriate for this season.

These four amazing oils have so many benefits in addition to smelling wonderful together.

Bergamot - The Oil of Self-Acceptance

Bergamot Essential Oil is used to reduce feelings of stress and for skin rejuvenation. It also a very uplifting oil which is great if you feeling anxious or uneasy. I regularly include Bergamot in my diffuser blends.

Ginger - The Oil of Empowerment

Ginger Essential Oil is obviously a great oil to use in your cooking. It is amazing in Asian dishes, gingerbread and pumpkin soup to name a few. Ginger essential oil is also great for joint health as well being a digestive aid and is commonly useful to help ease indigestion and nausea.

Frankincense - The Oil of Truth

Frankincense Essential Oil is my favourite essential oil. It is a such an amazing oil that is useful for your entire body. It is commonly known as the "King of Oils" is great for overall wellness and for its calming and relaxing properties. This oil is used in many of my diffuser blends that I recommend in my 8 Best Blends for Mamas post  It also amazing for your skin.

Birch - The Oil of Support

Birch Essential Oil is one of newcomers to my essential oil collection. I received this oil in the convention kit that I got at the doTERRA Australian Convention last month. What an awesome oil.  Birch is known for its stimulating and uplifting properties as well as being amazing for the skin. Unfortunately, Birch essential oil is very hard to get, so you can substitute this oils with Wintergreen Essential Oil

If you would like to know how you can purchase these oils (except for Birch) at wholesale prices, either send me an email at or check my page Purchase doTERRA Essential Oils for more information.
