This week has been super productive for me and has felt like a new beginning for me.
I started my Life Coaching course, worked on my blog, did some housework, worked on my part time job and spent lots of productive time with my bubbas.
The only thing missing is exercise!
For the past 8 months, I have only been doing small amounts of exercise. Previously I was exercising 5-6 times a week and was getting fit and strong.
So, why I am struggling to get back into a regular exercise pattern? Previously I would aim to exercise around 6am and if I had a bad night sleep (due to my bubbas waking up or not being well), I would exercise when they had their afternoon nap.
These days, they don't have their nap anymore, so if I don't exercise in the morning, I usually don't end up exercising at all.
I know that this is an excuse and I need to "just do it".
So from today, I am going to make a commitment to myself, that I need to exercise 5 days a week. If I have a bad night sleep, then I need to exercise in the evening, when my husband gets home.
No more excuses!! I am making myself accountable by setting up new goals, which will help to motivate me.
Today is a new beginning after all.
