These Gluten Free Meatballs are a super yummy meal and best of all they are so simple to make using your slow cooker! Plus these slow cooker meatballs are low carb.

Bowl of gluten free meatballs toppped with fresh basil.

These meatballs are made using your slow cooker and not only are they gluten free, they are also dairy free, egg free and nut free.

Instead of using egg to bind the mixture together, I have used grated carrot. It works pretty well, but will be a bit fiddly at first, however will bind nicely during the slow cook process.

These meatballs are one of my favourite gluten free dinners to make and are up there with my gluten free chicken schnitzel, oven lamb cutlets and also this buckwheat pizza.
